Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Greet customers upon arrival.
- Assist in selling unlimited car wash passes and packages.
- Communicate with management regarding store operations and any changes that may affect operations.
- Perform basic arithmetic calculations for making change.
- Maintain cleanliness and perform general housekeeping duties as needed.
- Lift up to 30 pounds as required.
- Respond calmly to emergencies according to company policies and procedures.
- Tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
Requirements
- Customer service experience
- Basic math skills
- Ability to upsell products and services
- Fluency in English
- Valid Driver's License (preferred)
- Entry-level position suitable for individuals with open availability.
