About The Position
The CARB-X Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the Executive Team at CARB-X, which is dedicated to restoring the global pipeline for antibacterials. This position involves managing complex schedules, preparing meeting documentation, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the Executive Director, Chief of Research & Development, and Chief of External Affairs, providing comprehensive administrative support and facilitating coordination across the team.
