About the position

The Card Marketing Copy QA Analyst will be responsible for performing Quality Assurance testing on marketing copy creatives to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines. This role focuses on reviewing documentation and ensuring accuracy and completeness, rather than IT-related QA tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve documentation, information, research, and Due Diligence Forms (DDF).
• Ensure all required documents and records are complete and accurate.
• Interpret and apply regulatory and compliance policies and procedures when reviewing documents.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in Quality Reviews (QA/QC), Business Controls, Regulatory Compliance, Risk, Audit, or similar fields.
• Bachelor's degree and/or CRCM (Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager) preferred.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking capabilities with sharp attention to detail.
• Proven history of successful organization and time management skills.
