About the position

The Card Operations Analytics Manager at OneMain Financial is a leadership role focused on growing the credit card business. Responsibilities

  • Provide analytics support, including creating reports and dashboards to optimize operational efforts and decisions.
  • Build exception reports to support risk and control efforts.
  • Work closely with the Head of Operations and analytics team to identify expense optimization opportunities.
  • Create analytical frameworks to enhance operational efficiency using data and testing.
  • Balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
  • Communicate effectively and influence leaders and peers across the organization.
  • Synthesize insights from various sources into a comprehensive strategy.
  • Frame intelligent questions to uncover issues and develop methodologies for solutions.
  • Manage multiple stakeholders and team members effectively.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics roles with exposure to credit cards and/or fintech.
  • Deep knowledge of analytical tools and techniques to drive business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of consumer-lending best practices and advanced statistical techniques.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Innovative mindset with a highly analytical approach to problem-solving.
