The Card Operations Specialist at INTRUST Bank is responsible for managing customer interactions related to fraud claims, ensuring satisfactory resolutions through independent decision-making and effective communication. This role emphasizes teamwork and community engagement while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to the bank's character qualities.

  • Investigate and document fraud cases with customers.
  • Analyze fraud activity, data, and trends to make recommendations.
  • Be well-versed in VISA chargeback regulations to recover disputed losses.
  • Document and track fraud cases to ensure compliance with required timeframes.
  • Resolve outstanding monetary items and research un-posted or rejected items.
  • Provide customer service support to banking center personnel and customers.
  • Replace lost, stolen, or fraudulently used cards.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of banking and/or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Typing and keyboard skills required.
  • Ability to work shifts, including days, nights, evenings, and weekends.
  • Technical skills to multi-task between computer screens, systems, and phones.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
