About the position

The Card Pricing Product Analyst Vice President role at JPMorgan Chase offers a unique opportunity to shape customer experiences and support strategic business initiatives within the Card Services Product organization. Responsibilities

• Lead and support initiatives by collecting user requirements and feedback from business partners and project leads in formal and informal settings.
• Operate as a Subject Matter Expert on an area product owned system.
• Own Epics and Stories to deliver features fulfilling the project goals, including writing and refining Epics and Stories in JIRA with Scrum team, and partnering with Agile lead on sequencing.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog along with Business Analysts and product leadership.
• Identify potential project roadblocks, bottlenecks, and dependencies by understanding how the multiple project teams interact with one another.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of work experience
• Agile Experience with tools such as Jira and understanding of Backlog Prioritization Techniques
• Demonstrated proficiency with Jira, Visio, SharePoint, Confluence and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
• Effective communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of SQL and ability to write complex SQL queries for data analysis
• Must be able to complete AWS Cloud Practitioner certification within 1 year of joining.
