About the position

The Card Room Concierge at Woodfield Country Club is responsible for serving the needs of card room clientele, ensuring a high level of service and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the card room and associated areas. This role requires excellent communication skills and a flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve card players promptly and courteously.
• Keep the card room and food and beverage areas stocked, spotless, and organized.
• Regularly clean and organize the card tables and chairs throughout the workday.

Requirements

• Excellent service presentation and communication skills.
• Outgoing personality and sense of urgency.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry, preferred.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
