About the position

The Card System Administrator at DeSales University is responsible for managing the security, development, maintenance, and support of identity systems, including Transact and InstantID. This role involves ensuring user access to both digital and physical resources, documenting and monitoring system integrations, and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and enhance system performance. Additionally, the administrator will manage Meal Plan records for students through the Transact system.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, industry certification, or relevant experience.
  • Competency with computer systems.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience supporting identity and card service systems.
  • Experience with data integration tools and techniques.
  • Experience with report writing.
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Sensitivity to issues of ethnicity, disability, and diversity.
  • Dedication to the mission of a small, Catholic, liberal arts institution.
