Responsibilities

• Continuously observe telemetry monitors and document rhythm tracings.
• Monitor Cerner Patient Observer (CPO) for patient movement and alert nurses and caregivers to prevent adverse events.
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient conditions promptly.
• Assist in maintaining a safe environment for patients and visitors.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in a healthcare environment such as CNA, EMT, or related areas is required.
• Completion of a dysrhythmia course is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with telemetry monitoring systems.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS).
