About the position

The CMRI Technologist II position is a full-time role focused on performing cardiac MRI procedures independently while ensuring high standards of patient care and safety. This position involves executing complex diagnostic procedures, assisting physicians, and potentially engaging in research activities. The technologist is expected to adhere to established guidelines and standards to provide exceptional service to patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform cardiac MRI procedures independently and accurately.
• Assist physicians with diagnostic and special procedures.
• Engage in research projects and activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance with CMRI exam standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Deliver exceptional patient care and maintain optimal patient safety.

Requirements

• Valid Radiology Certification (RDMS, RDCS, CCI, CNMT, ARRT, ARMRIT, or CMRT).
• Registration as a Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT-GC) if certification is held through NMTCB or ARRT.
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support) can be obtained during negotiation process.
