About the position

The Cardiac PET Senior Account Manager at GE Healthcare is responsible for driving the adoption and growth of the cardiac imaging agent Flyrcado in the West Coast region. This role combines direct sales, strategic collaboration, customer education, and performance tracking to achieve commercial objectives. The CPAM operates with moderate autonomy, mentoring junior team members and engaging in special projects as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory business plan to drive Flyrcado market share growth.
  • Partner with Hospitals, Imaging Centers, Cardiac Centers, Mobile Imaging, DOD, and VA facilities to offer Flyrcado.
  • Conduct regular business analyses of the local market to create and implement business plans.
  • Achieve quarterly and yearly Operating Plan for the territory, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Position Flyrcado as the product of choice through high clinical acumen and marketing assets.
  • Build relationships with Imaging Centers and Cardiologists to increase awareness and utilization of Flyrcado.
  • Prioritize multiple projects and monitor performance dashboards for actionable sales efforts.
  • Collaborate with market access support teams for payor contract implementation.
  • Engage with pharmacy channel partners to meet product delivery goals.
  • Conduct pre-call planning and in-call questioning to understand customer needs.
  • Monitor territory plan performance and collaborate on next action steps.
  • Engage in virtual selling and cold calling to new and existing targets.
  • Provide pricing strategy, price negotiation, and contract management.
  • Forecast orders and sales for the assigned territory and submit weekly progress reports.
  • Represent the company at healthcare conferences and seminars.
  • Mentor non-senior team members and assist with special projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college or certification through the NMTCB or AART.
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a healthcare facility, including contracting and calling on physicians and office staff.
  • Proven history of sales success and developing territory plans.
  • Experience with product launch and P&T Committees preferred.
  • Experience in a highly matrixed environment and large account management preferred.
  • Willingness to reside in the territory and execute at least 30% overnight travel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong analytical, oral, presentation, and written skills; proficient in MS Office and CRM.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to mentor non-senior CPAMs and manage special projects.
  • Analytical ability to use internal reporting for account plans.
  • Ability to build rapport and relationships with external contacts.
