About the position

The Clinical Wireless Monitoring Supervisor is responsible for leading a team of 10-15 direct reports within a cardiac telemetry service center, focusing on the ECG Solutions wireless product. This role involves managing scheduling, performance, and daily operations while providing technical support to staff and customers. The supervisor will also mentor team members, implement policies, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure high-quality standards in a collaborative environment. The position requires working evening shifts from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM PST, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and performance for Clinical Wireless employees.
  • Oversee daily floor performance and provide technical support to customers and staff.
  • Identify operational enhancements and participate in interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Develop, mentor, and coach team members.
  • Contribute to the implementation and reinforcement of policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to ensure effective team performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and uphold high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED and an active CRAT/CCT certification or obtain one within 180 days from the date of hire.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Clinical Sr. Wireless Monitoring Technician or 1+ years as a Clinical Wireless Monitoring Lead Technician.
  • 4+ years of ECG rhythm interpretation experience; leadership experience with direct reports is preferred.
  • High technical aptitude and computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office software.
  • Ability to operate in various technological mediums and adapt to change.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
