About the position

The Clinical Wireless Monitoring Supervisor will lead a team of 10-15 direct reports within a cardiac telemetry service center, focusing on the ECG Solutions wireless product. This role involves managing scheduling, performance, and providing technical support while ensuring high-quality standards and operational enhancements within the department. The position requires working overnight shifts and includes responsibilities for mentoring team members and collaborating with other leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and performance for Clinical Wireless employees.
  • Oversee daily floor performance and provide technical support to customers and staff.
  • Identify operational enhancements and participate in interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
  • Develop, mentor, and coach team members.
  • Contribute to the implementation and reinforcement of policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other leaders to ensure effective team performance.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and uphold high-quality standards.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Active CRAT/CCT certification or ability to obtain one within 180 days from the date of hire.
  • 4+ years of experience as a Clinical Sr. Wireless Monitoring Technician or 4+ years of ECG rhythm interpretation experience.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Clinical Wireless Monitoring Lead Technician preferred.
  • Leadership experience with direct reports is preferred.
  • High technical aptitude and computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office software.
