About the position
Marrygrams Cards & Gifts is seeking a part-time Retail Associate to provide excellent customer service and assist with sales. The role involves managing the sales floor, handling transactions, and maintaining store organization while creating a welcoming environment for customers.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers on the sales floor.
- Handle checkout, returns, and gift card sales.
- Maintain daily upkeep of the sales floor including cleaning and restocking.
- Create dynamic merchandise displays and visual social media posts.
- Open or close the store independently.
- Count and balance the register at the end of each shift.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or sales preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and good memory.
