The Care Coordinator at Griswold Home Care is a vital role focused on enhancing the lives of home care clients by managing casework and recruiting care staff. This position emphasizes customer service, matching clients with caregivers, and ensuring compliance with regulations while fostering a supportive environment for both clients and staff.

Responsibilities

• Match clients with caregivers to ensure exceptional care standards.
• Assess candidates for cultural fit through interviews and follow-ups.
• Provide positive feedback to care professionals to recognize their achievements.
• Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations governing Home Care agencies.
• Conduct retention visits and comprehensive assessments of clients' needs.
• Maintain and audit employee files for clients and care professionals.
• Participate in on-call duties on a rotational basis.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Human Services or related field (preferred but not required).
• Previous experience in home care, human resources, or a related field required.
• Ability to pass all hiring criteria as defined by company standards and/or state regulations.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and valid car insurance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to act as a culture ambassador and a desire to grow with the company.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent computer skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities, organization, and attention to detail.
