Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance to residents during the 3rd shift.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.
- Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor residents' health conditions.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Document care provided and report any changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff.
Requirements
- Must have a valid PCA certification or equivalent experience in caregiving.
- Ability to work night shifts and rotating weekends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor when dealing with residents.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience in a caregiving role or similar position.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.
