Responsibilities
- Assist elderly residents with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Manage medication for residents.
- Perform functional transfers and assist with mobility.
- Prepare meals and assist residents with eating and drinking.
- Conduct light housekeeping duties.
- Provide stand-by assistance during walks, especially for fall-risk residents.
- Perform bed baths and change diapers as needed.
Requirements
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- Driver's License
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform two-person transfers
- No prior experience required, but experience in caregiving is a plus.
- Live Scan / Background check
- Physical and TB clearance as required by the State of California.
