About the position

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
• Assist residents with daily activities to promote independence.
• Encourage social engagement among residents through activities and dining experiences.
• Maintain cleanliness in resident rooms and common areas.
• Support residents in participating in fitness classes and social events.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Two to five years of prior assisted living or senior care experience.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
• Proficient in written and verbal English.
