Responsibilities

• Work with clients to help them obtain employment in the community.
• Prepare resumes, references, and assist with job applications.
• Make follow-up calls to potential employers.
• Assist clients on the job to help them learn their responsibilities.
• Contact businesses to discuss clients' qualifications and potential as employees.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding clients and businesses.
• Be flexible to meet the needs of clients and employers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience working with people with disabilities preferred (1 year).
• Strong writing skills and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of businesses and professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with individuals with a wide range of disabilities.
