About the position

The Career and Technical Education Success Coach will play a vital role in supporting students in their educational journey, particularly in career and technical education programs. This position focuses on providing guidance, resources, and support to help students achieve their academic and career goals, ensuring they have the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed in their chosen fields.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching and support to students in career and technical education programs.
• Develop and implement individualized success plans for students.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them stay on track.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on career readiness and job search strategies.
• Collaborate with faculty and staff to enhance student support services.
• Assist students in accessing resources such as internships, job placements, and career counseling.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
• Experience in coaching, mentoring, or advising students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse populations.

Nice-to-haves
