The ideal candidate is a bilingual Arabic and English speaker with a passion for helping others and the flexibility to create their own schedules. This role emphasizes the importance of effective communication and cultural sensitivity, as coaches will work with clients from diverse backgrounds across the EMEA region.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized career coaching to clients via video calls.
• Create and curate tailored coaching plans based on individual client needs.
• Pilot new coaching protocols in a test-driven environment.
• Engage with clients to help them reach their career goals and improve their professional skills.
• Participate in monthly coach connect calls and community meetups.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• At least 5+ years of experience as a professional coach.
• Industry certifications required.
• Own an iPhone or Android smartphone.

Nice-to-haves

• Ability to coach in other languages.
