About the position

The Career Coach at Rauch, Inc. is responsible for supporting students with disabilities in preparing for meaningful community employment and post-secondary education options. This full-time position involves planning and developing programming for students in the Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program, advocating for students' choices, and coordinating job matches while working closely with Vocational Rehabilitation services.

Responsibilities

• Support students with disabilities in preparing for community employment and post-secondary education options.
• Plan and develop programming for students participating in the Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program.
• Work closely with Vocational Rehabilitation to advocate for students' choices in providers.
• Coordinate job matches and identify support needs for students.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with one year of experience in special education, supported employment, or transition service delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Services is also acceptable.
• Proficient skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
