About the position
Rauch, Inc. is looking for motivated individuals to join our team of dedicated employees who work to make a change in the community. The Career Coach works to support students with disabilities to prepare for meaningful and productive community employment and/or post-secondary education options. This position is located in the New Albany Office and will require travel in the area (Floyd and Clark Counties). Mileage reimbursement is paid for by Rauch, Inc. Responsibilities
- Plans and develops programming for the students participating in the Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS) program and support those students.
- Works closely with Vocational Rehab and advocates for the promotion of students' choices in providers.
- Coordinates job matches and identifies support needs for students.
Requirements
- High school diploma/GED with one year of experience in special education, supported employment, or transition service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services.
