The Career Coach will conduct career mapping sessions, which are essential for helping students identify their strengths and the best strategies to navigate their career paths. This role is not only about providing guidance but also involves coordinating various career-related activities that enhance the students' readiness for the job market. Additionally, the Career Coach will prepare internal and external reports, assist with grant data collection, and conduct both face-to-face and virtual meetings with students. Creating materials, guides, and facilitating training sessions related to departmental needs is also part of the responsibilities, ensuring that all resources are relevant and up-to-date.
