About The Position
The Career Coach position at Goodwill of Southern Nevada is designed to provide individualized job placement assistance to individuals with disabilities and other barriers to employment. The role focuses on helping clients obtain competitive employment through various services offered at the Career Center. Responsibilities include managing intake processes, conducting orientations, evaluating participant eligibility, and ensuring compliance with documentation standards.
