About The Position
The Veteran Career & Transition Counselor role at Still Serving Veterans (SSV) is designed for Honorably Discharged Veterans who are passionate about assisting fellow Veterans in their transition to civilian careers. This full-time position involves providing personalized career counseling, including job search strategies, resume development, and interview preparation, to help Veterans achieve meaningful employment. The counselor will also engage in community outreach and support recruitment efforts for new clients, all while traveling to job fairs and events as needed.
