The Career Experience Team at Forge is tasked with building a career journey for our Pros that creates a skilled and motivated trades workforce. We are seeking a versatile Career Experience Project Specialist who excels in managing a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously and independently. This role will work closely with people operations, recruitment, technology engineering, finance, and data operations, and will be pivotal in filling gaps across various initiatives on the Career Experience Team. The ideal candidate is someone with a start-up mindset, eager to take initiative and deliver on a variety of tasks, and sees growth opportunities as a reward for their quality work, team collaboration, and proactive efforts and contributions. In this full-time, salaried position, you will provide support across multiple initiatives and projects related to people operations, career training and development, data analysis, employee engagement, and program implementation. You will take ownership of tasks from initiation through completion, maintaining project momentum and ensuring deadlines are met. Conducting research, performing data analysis, compiling, and organizing findings to present to stakeholders will be key responsibilities. You will assist in the creation and maintenance of training materials, resources, and documentation for various career development programs. Collaboration with team members to develop and execute strategies that enhance the overall career experience for our Pros is essential. Utilizing the best tools and technology available to be efficient and effective in your projects will ensure a high standard of work quality. Participation in team meetings and contributing ideas to improve processes and initiatives will also be part of your role.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; business-related degrees preferred.
  • Adaptable and able to work in an ambiguous, ever-changing environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Strong ability to research, analyze data, and present findings in an objective way.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong proficiency with technology, including G-Suite and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Previous experience or internship in a start-up environment or related field is a plus.
