As a preeminent liberal arts college in an urban setting, Trinity College prepares students to be bold, independent thinkers who lead transformative lives. * Coaches students in career and life design in individual and group settings. * Leads a career community focused on a specific industry (Law, Policy & Social Good) working with students, initiating, and supporting programming and events, managing related outreach to students, student clubs, employers and alums. * Design and support career and life design/ DEI programs and initiatives. * Liaise with related campus partners and support the objectives and activities of the Career & Life Design Center.
