About The Position
The Career Services Representative (CSR) plays a crucial role in supporting students' career development and job placement within a designated region. Reporting to the Regional Career Service Manager or Regional Vice President of Career Services, the CSR is responsible for job lead development, interview preparation, and graduate placement. This position involves direct interaction with students to provide coaching, manage externship sites, and ensure compliance with various requirements. The CSR also engages with employers to establish partnerships that facilitate job placements and supports students in their career readiness efforts.
