About the position

The Caregiver position at SYNERGY HomeCare of Blaine involves providing essential support to clients in their daily activities, fostering meaningful relationships, and ensuring their well-being. Caregivers will assist with meal preparation, light exercise, local transportation, social interactions, and housekeeping, all while being matched with clients based on their unique needs. Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation, light exercise, and housekeeping.
• Provide companionship and support to clients to enhance their quality of life.
• Transport clients to appointments and social activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
• Complete required training and onboarding processes.
• Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in caregiving or related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to pass a state background check and complete required health training.
• Fluency in English, including reading and writing.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with activities of daily living (ADLs) preferred.
• Previous experience in homemaking, cooking, and cleaning.
