About the position

The position at Honor involves providing compassionate and personalized care to older adults, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Caregivers, referred to as Care Professionals, play a crucial role in building meaningful relationships with clients while assisting with daily living activities. The role emphasizes the importance of consistent care and offers various support and benefits to caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with clients through compassionate and personalized care.
• Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
• Provide essential personal care services including grooming, bathing, restroom assistance, and managing incontinence.

Requirements

• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.
• Use the Honor Care Pro Mobile App and have a device that supports the most up-to-date version of iOS or Android.
