The Companion/Caregiver position at Jennarator LLC involves providing in-home support to a 45-year-old woman living with a traumatic brain injury. Caregivers will work in a private home setting in Hot Springs, North Carolina, with shifts available both during the day and overnight.
Responsibilities
- Meal preparation according to specific dietary needs
- Household chore support
- Support and assistance with daily living activities
- Occasional transportation to medical appointments and other events
- Engagement in memory games and aids
- Providing general companionship to support safety and independence
Requirements
- No prior experience required
- Ability to support a 140 lb. woman in daily activities
- Willingness to wear an KN-95 mask indoors as needed
- Ability to pass a federal background check
- Regular and reliable transportation to and from shifts
