About the position
Everest Home Healthcare is seeking compassionate and patient female caregivers who are fluent in Hindi or Punjabi to provide in-home direct care for developmentally disabled adult patients. The role involves assisting clients with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and well-being in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship to clients
- Assist with meal preparation
- Perform light housekeeping duties
- Help with grooming, bathing, and toileting
- Remind clients about medication and appointments
- Accompany clients on outings in the community
Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 18 years old
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
