About the position
Papa Inc. is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as companion caregivers, known as Papa Pals. This role allows caregivers to provide meaningful support to families and seniors by assisting with daily tasks and offering companionship. The position offers flexibility in scheduling, allowing caregivers to work part-time or full-time based on their availability, and does not require prior medical experience or specific caregiving credentials.
Responsibilities
- Provide assistance with daily tasks such as light housekeeping and running errands.
- Offer transportation services to members.
- Deliver warm companionship to seniors and families.
- Manage your own schedule and decide your working hours.
Requirements
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Proof of vehicle insurance is required.
- A well-maintained vehicle (minimum year 2008) is necessary.
- Reliability and a caring attitude towards helping others.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in customer service or caregiving is a plus.
- Background in retail or general labor is beneficial.
