About the position

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to provide specialized care for a female patient with cerebral palsy and muscular dystrophy. The caregiver will assist with daily living activities and ensure the patient's comfort and safety while monitoring her medical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with toileting every few hours
• Provide bathing and personal hygiene care
• Engage in conversation and read to her
• Monitor and maintain her ventilator and G-tube

Requirements

• Previous experience in caregiving
• Knowledge of ventilator and G-tube care
• Ability to handle physical tasks and provide consistent care
