About the position

The Caregiver (HCA - PER ID) position at TheKey involves providing premium in-home care to older adults, ensuring they can live safely and comfortably at home. The role requires caregivers to assist clients with daily activities, implement customized care plans, and offer companionship and emotional support. Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to clients in their homes.
• Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans.
• Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs).
• Supply personal companionship and provide ongoing social & emotional support.
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation.
• Ensure order, safety, and client enjoyment at all times.
• Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed.
• Document completion of tasks and report changes in the client's condition.

Requirements

• HCA/PER ID certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references.
• TB Test within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with Alzheimer's or Dementia is a plus.
• Basic computer skills and overall technical savviness.
• Reliable means of transportation.
