About the position
Coast Care is seeking dedicated Caregivers to provide essential care services to aging adults in the Ramona area. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, comprehensive training, and a supportive work environment designed to promote both personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide care services to aging adults in their homes.
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients and their families regarding care needs.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements
- Ability to speak basic English.
- Willingness to travel to shifts across San Diego County.
- Must have a smartphone for communication and scheduling.
