The Caregiver/Home Health Aide position at Neighborly Home Care involves providing compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes. This role is essential in assisting clients with daily living activities and ensuring their health and safety while fostering a supportive environment for caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Utilize EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) for each shift.
• Provide compassionate and professional care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Monitor and document client health, reporting any changes to the care team.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Transport clients to appointments or errands (if applicable).
• Provide medication reminders to ensure client health and safety.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Tuberculosis test.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in caregiving or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, compassionate, and committed to providing high-quality care.
