About the position

The Caregiver position at Honor involves providing in-home care for older adults, focusing on delivering compassionate support and assistance. Caregivers will have the opportunity to make a significant positive impact in the lives of their clients while receiving competitive pay and benefits, including weekly pay and 24/7 support from the Care Team.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and support to older adults.
• Build strong relationships with clients by working at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s).
• Utilize the Honor Care Pro App to manage client needs and care schedules.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, or local regulations regarding caregiving.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred but not required).
• Two professional references.
• Full vaccination against COVID-19.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (bilingual or multilingual individuals encouraged to apply).
• Ability to complete any compliance, license, or registration required by regulations.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in caregiving or related fields.
• Familiarity with using mobile applications for caregiving tasks.
