Griswold Home Care is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as Caregivers, with immediate openings for 12-hour shifts during the day and overnight in the Southeast Dayton area. The role focuses on providing non-medical elderly care and companionship, ensuring clients maintain their independence and dignity in their own homes. Responsibilities
- Provide non-medical elderly care and companionship to clients.
- Assist clients with daily tasks such as laundry, grocery shopping, and meal preparation.
- Help clients maintain proper personal hygiene, including bathing and feeding.
- Complete documentation for each shift and submit timely updates.
- Communicate routinely with the office about the condition and needs of clients.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
- Ability to start immediately and work 12-hour shifts.
- Open to working overnight shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2+ years of home care experience is a plus, but training is available.
