About the position

The Lead Certified Caregiver position is for a luxury 10-bed assisted living home located in the Arcadia neighborhood of Phoenix. The role involves providing compassionate care to residents while working closely with the Executive Director and Resident Service Director. The ideal candidate will be dependable, observant, and passionate about helping residents, ensuring a high standard of care in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in a luxury assisted living home.
• Administer medications as a certified caregiver.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Resident Service Director to ensure quality care.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.
• Assist residents with daily living activities as needed.

Requirements

• Must be a certified caregiver with a valid Caregiver Certification.
• Ability to pass medications as required by the role.
• Preferred experience of 3 years in certified caregiving.
