About the position

Visiting Angels is seeking dedicated caregivers to provide essential support and companionship to seniors in Heber City and Midway. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients, and fostering a compassionate environment for those in need of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly companionship to clients
• Assist with dementia and memory care
• Mitigate falls and assist with mobility
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Offer personal care including dressing and hygiene assistance
• Assist with bathing, showering, and toileting
• Run errands, shop, and provide transportation for clients

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of hands-on caregiving experience preferred
• Desire to serve seniors and others
• Compassionate and committed attitude
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Over 18 and authorized to work in the US
• Complete background checks and drug screening
