About the position

The position involves providing compassionate and patient care to an adult male client with Autism, Asperger's, anxiety, depression, and Tourette syndrome. The caregiver will assist in daily living activities, support emotional well-being, and help the client engage in social and physical activities, all while maintaining a calm and structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the apartment.
• Help with meal planning, preparation, and cooking.
• Accompany the client to group activities and social events.
• Support the client in engaging in regular physical exercise.
• Provide emotional support and create a positive, structured environment.

Requirements

• Experience working with individuals with Autism, Asperger's, anxiety, and Tourette syndrome is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation for outings and activities.
• Ability to encourage and motivate the client in daily activities.
