About the position
Honor is dedicated to improving the lives of older adults, their families, and the caregivers who support them. Since its inception in 2014, Honor has partnered with over 50 local agencies and franchises to establish high standards of care for seniors across the nation. Our caregivers, referred to as Care Professionals (Care Pros), are essential to our mission. They are not just caregivers; they are experts in fostering genuine relationships and providing compassionate care that enables our clients to maintain their health, safety, and happiness in the comfort of their homes. At Honor, we recognize and appreciate the hard work of our Care Professionals. We ensure that they have all the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles. Our Care Pros earn between $13.00 and $13.50 per hour, with weekly pay and direct deposit. Additionally, we offer a $500 new hire bonus and a $700 referral program, along with opportunities to earn an extra $2 per hour. As a Care Professional, your responsibilities will include fostering meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving. You will assist with meal preparation, perform light housekeeping duties, and provide personal care services, which encompass grooming, bathing, restroom assistance, and managing incontinence. We prioritize fast job placement for qualified candidates and provide dedicated support from our passionate team, available 24/7. Our industry-leading mobile app allows Care Pros to receive real-time updates on client needs, manage their schedules, and track their earnings effectively.
Responsibilities
- Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
- Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
Requirements
- Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships.
- Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
- Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.
- Use the Honor Care Pro Mobile App and have a device that supports the most up to date version of iOS or Android.
