Our caregivers, referred to as Care Professionals (Care Pros), are essential to our mission. At Honor, we recognize and appreciate the hard work of our Care Professionals. We ensure that they have all the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles. Working with us is not only fulfilling but also comes with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and flexible scheduling options that cater to individual needs. Our Care Pros earn between $13.00 and $13.50 per hour, with weekly pay and direct deposit. Additionally, we offer a $500 new hire bonus and a $700 referral program, along with opportunities to earn an extra $2 per hour. As a Care Professional, your responsibilities will include fostering meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving. You will assist with meal preparation, perform light housekeeping duties, and provide personal care services, which encompass grooming, bathing, restroom assistance, and managing incontinence. Our industry-leading mobile app allows Care Pros to receive real-time updates on client needs, manage their schedules, and track their earnings effectively.
