HomeWell of Anchorage is seeking compassionate and dedicated caregivers to join our team in providing exceptional in-home care to our clients in the Anchorage area. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for seniors by offering companionship, assistance with daily activities, and support tailored to their individual needs. We welcome candidates with or without prior experience, as we provide comprehensive training for the right individuals who demonstrate a genuine heart for seniors. Your responsibilities will include engaging clients in conversation, assisting with light housekeeping, and helping with essential activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing, bathing, and toileting. You will also be responsible for medication reminders and supporting clients during their night routines. For those clients requiring specialized assistance, you may be involved in using Hoyer lifts and developing memory care or dementia plans.
