About the position

I Care At Home LLC is seeking motivated and caring individuals to join their team as caregivers/personal assistants. This role focuses on providing exceptional in-home care to clients in the Anchorage/Chugiak area, allowing caregivers to form meaningful connections with their clients while delivering individualized care in a home setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to assigned clients in their homes.
• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care needs.
• Build and maintain a trusting relationship with clients.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of clients during care.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families.

Requirements

• Must have own transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (preferred).
• Fluency in English (required).

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in caregiving for elderly or disabled individuals.
