As a Caregiver/Personal Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to choose your own hours and work in a flexible environment that fits your schedule. We are hiring ONLY the BEST PEOPLE for our clients, and if you are already registered as a Home Care Aide with California's Dept. of Social Services, that will expedite your hiring process. If you are new to the business, we will provide you with the necessary information to obtain your license, ensuring you are well-prepared to start your caregiving journey. To be successful in this role, you must have a valid Home Care Aide (HCA) license, CPR certification, and a negative recent TB test. If you do not have a Home Care Aide license, you must be willing to obtain one, which will require passing a background check. We offer competitive pay starting at $17 and up to $18 depending on experience and the ability to drive clients in your own registered and insured vehicle. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive bonus program, paid sick time, and a retirement plan with 401K matching after 6 months or 500 hours of service.
