Our caregivers, whom we refer to as Care Professionals (Care Pros), are essential to our mission. They are not just caregivers; they are experts in fostering genuine, caring relationships and providing compassionate care that enables our clients to remain healthy, safe, and happy in their homes. At Honor, we recognize and appreciate the hard work of our Care Professionals. We ensure that they have all the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles. Working with us is not only fulfilling but also comes with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and flexible scheduling options that cater to individual needs. Our Care Pros earn between $15.00 and $15.50 per hour, with weekly pay and direct deposit options. Additionally, we offer a $1,000 new hire bonus for caregivers, a $700 referral program, and the opportunity to earn an extra $2 per hour based on performance. Our benefits package includes paid leave, overtime, paid training, and paid holidays at 1.5 times the regular rate, along with medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k matching, mileage reimbursement for travel between visits, and cell phone reimbursement. As a caregiver at Honor, your responsibilities will include fostering meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving. You will assist with meal preparation, perform light housekeeping duties, and provide personal care services, which include helping with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence. Our industry-leading mobile app allows Care Pros to receive real-time updates on client needs, manage their schedules, and track their earnings effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
  • Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
  • Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
  • Have reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of two professional references.
  • All Care Pros are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to provide care to Clients.
  • Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships.
  • Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
  • Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.
  • Use the Honor Care Pro Mobile App and have a device that supports the most up to date version of iOS or Android.
