At Honor, we recognize and appreciate the hard work of our Care Professionals. We ensure that they have all the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles. Working with us is not only fulfilling but also comes with competitive pay, comprehensive benefits, and flexible scheduling options that cater to individual needs. Our Care Pros earn between $15.00 and $15.50 per hour, with weekly pay and direct deposit options. Additionally, we offer a $1,000 new hire bonus for caregivers, a $700 referral program, and the opportunity to earn an extra $2 per hour based on performance. Our benefits package includes paid leave, overtime, paid training, and paid holidays at 1.5 times the regular rate, along with medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k matching, mileage reimbursement for travel between visits, and cell phone reimbursement. As a caregiver at Honor, your responsibilities will include fostering meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving. You will assist with meal preparation, perform light housekeeping duties, and provide personal care services, which include helping with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.
