Our caregivers, whom we refer to as Care Professionals (Care Pros), are essential to our mission. At Honor, we recognize and appreciate the hard work of our Care Professionals. We ensure that they have all the necessary tools and support to excel in their roles. Our Care Pros earn between $15.00 and $15.50 per hour, with weekly pay and direct deposit options. Additionally, we offer a $1,000 new hire bonus for caregivers, a $700 referral program, and the opportunity to earn an extra $2 per hour based on performance. As a caregiver at Honor, your responsibilities will include fostering meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving. You will assist with meal preparation, perform light housekeeping duties, and provide personal care services, which include helping with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence. Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
• Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
• Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
• Have reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred but not required).
• Minimum of two professional references.
• All Care Pros are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to provide care to Clients.
• Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships.
• Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
• Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.
• Use the Honor Care Pro Mobile App and have a device that supports the most up to date version of iOS or Android.
