As a Care Professional, you will play a crucial role in providing compassionate care to aging adults in our community. Your primary responsibility will be to foster genuine relationships with seniors while ensuring their health, safety, and happiness at home. You will be supported by our industry-leading app, which provides you with up-to-date information on your clients' needs, ensuring that you can deliver the best possible care. Additionally, we offer 24/7 on-the-job support to assist you whenever necessary. In this role, you will be expected to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care. This consistency is vital for building strong relationships and trust with the seniors you serve. You will be responsible for various non-medical activities of daily living, including companionship, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Your work will directly impact the quality of life for our clients, making your role both rewarding and essential. We offer competitive pay rates ranging from $17.50 to $18.25 per hour, with weekly pay and direct deposit options. Our benefits package includes paid holidays at 1.5 times your rate, medical, dental, and vision benefits based on eligibility, and a 401k matching program. We also provide a caregiver referral program, paid sick time, overtime, and paid training. Additionally, mileage reimbursement is available for in-visit travel and between same-day visits, along with cell phone reimbursement to support your work.
