Our caregivers, whom we refer to as Care Professionals (Care Pros), are essential to our mission. At Honor, you will have access to all the necessary tools and support to excel in your role. As a caregiver at Honor, you will earn between $15.00 and $15.50 per hour, with weekly pay and direct deposit options. We offer a $1,000 new hire bonus for caregivers, along with a $700 referral program. Additionally, there is an opportunity to earn an extra $2 per hour based on performance. Our benefits package includes paid leave, overtime, and paid training, as well as paid holidays at 1.5 times your regular rate. We also provide medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401k matching, mileage reimbursement for in-visit travel, and cell phone reimbursement. In your role as a caregiver, you will foster meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving. Your responsibilities will include assisting with meal preparation, performing light housekeeping duties, and providing personal care services such as grooming, bathing, restroom assistance, and managing incontinence. We ensure fast job placement for qualified candidates and offer dedicated support from our passionate team, available 24/7. You will also have access to our industry-leading mobile app for real-time updates on client needs, schedule management, and earnings tracking.

Responsibilities

  • Foster relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving.
  • Assist with meal preparation and perform light housekeeping duties.
  • Provide personal care services, including assistance with grooming, bathing, restroom use, and managing incontinence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 months of paid professional caregiving experience (non-family) OR be a CNA, HHA, LVN/LPN, or RN.
  • Have reliable transportation to and from clients (drivers preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of two professional references.
  • All Care Pros are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to provide care to Clients.
  • Willing and able to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s) to provide consistent care and build strong relationships.
  • Have basic English speaking, reading, and writing abilities (Bilingual or multilingual individuals are encouraged to apply).
  • Complete any necessary compliance, license, or registration requirements.
  • Use the Honor Care Pro Mobile App and have a device that supports the most up to date version of iOS or Android.
