As a caregiver at Honor, you will earn between $15.00 and $15.50 per hour, with weekly pay and direct deposit options. We offer a $1,000 new hire bonus for caregivers, along with a $700 referral program. Additionally, there is an opportunity to earn an extra $2 per hour based on performance. Our benefits package includes paid leave, overtime, and paid training, as well as paid holidays at 1.5 times your regular rate. In your role as a caregiver, you will foster meaningful relationships with clients through companionship and compassionate caregiving. Your responsibilities will include assisting with meal preparation, performing light housekeeping duties, and providing personal care services such as grooming, bathing, restroom assistance, and managing incontinence.
